On networking, audio, and keeping time with Rust and esp32-c6.

Introduction

The goal of this project has been to explore, document, and explain the current maturity of using Rust on embedded targets.

Hardware

ESP32-C6 AMOLED 1.43" Round Touch Display.

This device packs a punch in terms of features. Besides the wifi and bluetooth capabilities of the esp32-c6 chip it features a speaker output with a mono amplifier and a ADC with two microphone inputs. In addition it has a large round display attached which feature 16.7M colours and touch input. It even has a TF Slot for SD card expansion storage.
